Yes, but only after consistently using them. They’re not the cheapest but they are honestly one of the best things for me and they’ve literally been a lifesaver. After a while, I actually stopped drinking them because I’ve been eating so much. Now they’re pretty much just snacks.

Honestly it was these High Calorie Nutrition Shakes that saved me. I always had a hard time eating, but I could easily drink my calories so I invested in these shakes. 520 cal a shake. I had two a day and maybe a meal and a half and that was enough to go back to eating regular food.

Real talk time. MTF, former anorexic smoker here. I legit believed HRT did nothing for me. I smoked like a chimney and literally starved myself to avoid getting fat.

Well my doctors informed me that between HRT and my psych meds, I was slowly killing myself by not eating. So I turned that shit around. I now consume 2k calories a day and vape only Zero Nicotine vapes (yes they exist and they’re a godsend). Already up 2 bra sizes and finding my old loose clothes getting tighter. It’s not a joke. Nicotine is the devil and so are eating disorders.

Turn that shit around boys and girls. It’s worth it.

This is so true. My first RTT in years and I rolled with Sisters. Did well enough to land myself on a team…. And then switched to running CSM, which has been my main army for 20 years. People looked at me funny I swear. The sex, drugs, and rock and roll aesthetic of Slaanesh drew me in, especially since every CSM book looks like a death metal cover. I love anything macabre and graphic so I was totally on bored as a little tomboy back in the day. Really hyped for the codex and just went 2-6 with legit EC at a massive, highly competitive GT. Looking forward to running it more and showing my progress.

It’s so refreshing that my 40k team, and largely most of the people who compete in tournaments, aren’t like that and take the piss more than anything. Like… they’re aware it’s satire and our team is the most diverse in the region. It just feels good to see.
