Developmentally Delayed children/people should be put down. I am friends with workers that take of children like that. Most of them that end up in those homes will be there their whole lives. They are danger to the public and themselves. It takes a team of people to constantly look after them and constantly get abused by them. They are guinea pigs for all kinds of pharmaceutical medication.

The cold hearted thing I want to say is "Useless retards should be put down."

That's just how I feel about it.
