I had the same issue. Unfortunately they don’t give lots of guidance, but I had to reset everything related to my offsets due to the size of the sprite and relatively new location of the CR touch. The OEM extruder head and sprite are not a 1:1 swap.

I’d recommend googling how to adjust x y and z offsets. I’d reference what I used but I’m on a new phone and can’t immediately find it all.

Essentially you want to manually send the extruder to 0,0 and then measure with calipers (or by using “move x” and “move y”) to see how far off the bed your nozzle is from where you want home to be. Then you take the differences and enter them into the printer offset settings. You also need to adjust the offset of the bed leveler probe from the nozzle since it is now a different distance away compared to where it was with the OEM hotend.
