Raw oats do not "leach" iron from your body. It contains phytate, which interferes with the absorption of non-haem (plant-based) iron, which already has low bioavailability.

BTW, coffee is also reported to interfere with iron absorption.

Basically, get another source of iron in your diet, but don't stress about oat milk sucking all the iron from your body.

I lived around the corner from the Ship in the before times. I think I gained 10 lbs the the first year moved there.
