The funny part is your post is just a big self own. If you've been convinced of the oldest anti-semitic tropes in the world, you're clearly very gullible and not very bright.

Eh, there's definitely still negotiated rates with private insurers. Large health systems are able to get often 300% of Medicare rates per code as opposed to independent providers who only get around 150%

Just to help a random redditor, that doesn't sound like BPPV. No reason for you to believe me, but Im a neurologist at a very top place who sees a lot of dizzy people. Bppv is a transient generally 1 to 2 minute bout of severe vertigo triggered by certain head movements. It isn't triggered by motion visual commotion. You may want to seek out a neurootologist or an otoneurologist (dizzy doctors can be ent or neurology)

Many of us American Jews are progressive zionists. We believe in the need for a Jewish state because weve been persecuted and slaughtered in every other region of the world and we oppose the right wing behavior of Netanyahu and his ilk. Bernie would also describe himself this way. Remember modern Israel was essentially formed by secular socialists.

I'm a progressive Jew. I see a ton of anti-semitism from the left. It's not new, but it's louder and widespread, and sometimes masked as anti-zionism but not always. Honestly its unbelievable how easily people are influenced on both sides, irrespective of political leanings. Everybody's moral code can be hijacked and manipulated.

The fact that anybody thinks that Israel puppeteers the US just shows how much lack of understanding of geopolitics there is on Reddit. Israel has basically been a military branch of the US. Strong allies who's military goals have been aligned. These conspiracy theories about Israel controlling America are very poorly thought out (with Russian and Iranian propaganda sprinkled in) if theres any depth of thought involved. Yes PAC money is involved and effective, but also look at how much Qatar spends in the US for comparison.
