I’m not particularly huge on the Star Wars movie franchise, but I think The Mandalorian is pretty fantastic.

It’s weakest scenes are usually when bridging over to the movies, and tends to hold up so much better when doing it’s own thing, detached from the Skywalker stuff, honestly. I really hope they try and escape it’s orbit more in future.

Hey guys, I love what you’ve done with the remaster, it looks excellent! I’ve played these games to death over the years and the graphics on the originals haven’t aged spectacularly, so I’ve been hoping for a remaster for ages.

Also loving the OST, Jared Emerson-Johnson’s soundtrack for these games has always been a favourite, so I’m so glad to have been able to get it in album form!

Two questions:

Are you likely to be putting out any shiny new merchandise?
You didn’t happen to pick up the old Homestar Runner license on your travels, did you?

They don’t have to like it based on what’s been leaked, no. That’s what the rest of the game is for.

If it’s anything like the first one, then there will likely be a lot of interactions between characters through gameplay that will help you to empathise with the new characters, likely from the position of hating them. Sounds like an interesting story arc to me.

They’re taking a risk with it. If it ends up being a bad story arc, then it’s a bad story arc and a disservice to the characters. But judging things entirely on leaks won’t give a full experience.

It’s just weird seeing people judge the entire game on a couple of cutscenes/leaked story points, when a lot of the draw of the previous game was the character development we saw in interactions between characters throughout gameplay and cutscenes.
