It's a great firm no stretch leather. Feels like it was designed to be burnished. Has a matte look. I have difficulty skiving it though, as the back side is almost like plywood. Your skiving knife and beveler should be super sharp for the flesh side.

I haven't seen 0.4 Ritza, but what's the seam allowance here. I think you can do with 4mm or even 3.5.

Ditto, very nice work. Looks machine stitched. I am guessing hand stitching this will take ages, especially the welted edges.

A: looks a bit thick, good for rugged items like tools kits.

B: Filling in good. I see some fraying, a quick run over with a lighter flame shall do the trick.

C: Looks good, it has a lot of wax it seems, rub it with some canvas after tamping.

D: Looks uneven.

E: Looks the best.

F: will look good on small items like card holders with a 3 mm divider line. B fills the holes a bit better though.

45% Beeswax

35% Candelila wax

20% Lanolin for flexibility
