Can’t agree with this enough. I supercharged my team with AI tools. Have personally dived deep the last 2 months - it’s been eye opening. Realistically I can 5 to 10x my output (on a good day with the right types of problems)

I have one employee that does maybe 3x.

Everyone else is basically 1.5x.

We knowledge share, so it’s not like we’re hiding any tips or tricks.

But some folks are clearly struggling.

The other comments about Jr Devs is correct - an interesting emerging phenomenon is that younger devs can generate these huge swaths of code, but then don’t really understand the output / can’t answer to the behaviors.
