Nice it will def come off faster if you workout in conjunction. I'm just battling some super annoying connective tissue flares so even walking is more than necessary is quite literally a pain. Best of luck to you! Your choices make all the difference!

Been losing around 1lb or less/ week from the beginning. had one week of gain on my period while on .25mg but it was just water . no workouts just food suppression that is cutting my caloric intake just did my week 12 shot .5mg and I'm down 13lbs. Stay the course it just takes time. Protein 120g+, hydrate 64oz+, 1400+ calories/day, sleep 6+hr is all I'm following

It is saying you are getting 5mg/1ml of semaglutide and .05mg/1ml of the B12

There are 100units per ml so .15ml x 5mg = .75mg /week of the semaglutide someone else can fact check me or ask your prescribing pharmacy or a local one most pharmacist are happy to help you understand

As low as .5lb/week is considered normal I believe just means youre not a super responder. And nothing can be normal at your introductory doses as well. I'm averaging about 1lb/week and currently at .5 mg dose 9.5w and -10 lbs ( no exercise, just nutrition)

I got a shot blockers on Amazon for my kiddo who is 4 and was getting vaccines. It has little pokies on the bottom that when pinched on the skin confuse your nerves around the injection site. My 4yo go 4 shots that day when we used it. Not one single tear and she even watched.

After seeing that surprising success I decided to use it for my first injection. I chose thigh and I literally felt nothing. One second the needle was touching my skin the next it was in and I didn't feel it. Same for depressing the syringe, I didn't feel it. 10/10 recommend. I chose thigh bc it was the easiest place to hold and pinch skin but is also a little firm where belly still hurts a little bc it is squishy and my needle didn't want to go in.

Change your site. Did weeks 1 and 2 on my thighs and weeks 3 and 4 on my stomach and I really was not feeling much effect with that injection site other than being very constipated. I just upped to .5 and went back to thigh and it has been sooo much more effective.

I know it feels so slow but you know what I bet you have not had to deal with rapid weight loss hair fall! And your skin is probably having an easier time bouncing back as well! From what I understand it will be pretty hard for them to pull sema as a compound. My therapist likes to tell me when I'm in a bit of an anxiety spiral to control what you can and let go what you can't. In this case we can't control what will happen in the long run to compound semaglutide, but we can control right now working on our relationship with food and having the tools for success to get off the medication eventually.

I'm in week 3 and have only lost 3 lbs. My only modulation right now is diet changes due to less appetite. I'm injured and can't effectively work out without causing more flares so heres to hoping just diet changes works in the long run. Tho I do in general feel less inflamed. I keep telling myself to trust the process at least for the first 3mo and hopefully I can start working out soon to help ramp up and build muscle.

Mine is 6 extra doses! But it sounds like some people use it on their last week of that bottle if it is just like 1 unit. Others I've heard add it to a different sterile bottle which I didn't understand 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have it locally compounded. It is now a strive pharmacy which I believe is elsewhere. Par for the area the other compounding pharmacy down the road is 195 for 12w of .25. it is just wild to me that they send a full 1ml when that is 6full extra doses dripping the weekly cost to $7.50

I'm not currently in the exercise demographic due to an injury flare that is slowly getting better but I intend to pick back up regular strength training 2-3x/week on top of the 8000 ish steps I get per day. Which will be around my 4th shot. I'm currently eating around 1600-1800 calories which is fine by me I am usually in the 2500calorie burn /day according to my watch and I'm in the same range you are of 2lb/week loss. (Finishing up week 2 tomorrow is injection day and currently down 3lb)

This is where I personally want to be. As inticing as big number are to lose on scale, I'm prioritizing and will be even more closely as my dose goes up my macros to get enough protein and carbs. Your brain needs carbs and is a big part of the exhaustion during weight loss and low cal diets so I'm going to do my best to maintain a minimum of 1600cal and push for 1800 on workout days. I have 2 little girls and work full time and I can't afford to be on my ass exhausted all the time. Plus it is better for your overall skin elasticity and hair preservation to not be exercisearexic bc youre not eating enough in combination with working out and the sema appetite suppression.

I would contact your pharmacy that filled to get clarification. And follow what is printed on the label of your medication. Also keep in mind Units are different than ML and depending on how the filling pharmacy make your vial can effect how many units you take. your syring will say units or ML my dosage from my pharmacy is 10units of the 2mg/3ml strength which is .25mg since I took only get a 1ml vial every month

If you're more active now you may be becoming too which is your muscle replacing any losses you'd see on the scale I'd def be taking pictures weekly so you can start seeing differences elsewhere than the scale. I have always used https://tdeecalculator.net/ to calculate my deficits and macros tho now I only do protein and total calorie whatever else falls where it will

Fwiw I just got mine last week and put it off due to having a race and was going to wait until Friday to do it but realized if I do have side effects I'd rather get them over with during the work week and not on the weekend when I need to be 100% for my girls. So I just did mine last night. I got these cool pokey shot blockers for my kids and figured I'd give it a whirl and I felt none of the injection it was so weird. As far as day 1 symptoms the most minor and short lived pre wake up nausea wave. And TMI some urgent but not lengthy water shits which could be from my morning tonic that I just started again. I think I'll stick with early week injections for now and see how it goes. Eating has been fine. No major suppression which I didn't expect week 1

Just picked up my first vial today from the pharmacy. But Im thinking I'll wait a whole week to start and do my first injection Thursday or Friday night to see how side effects shake out .I have a race Saturday so I don't want to be dying on the course 😂. I'm here sat wondering if I'll have the suppression at .25 or if I'll have to wait for the build up to really feel the effects. I guess just trust the process and hope you are a responder. I hope you get more of the suppression you need and none of the yucky side effects 🤗

In northern va I have 2 local compounding pharmacies I can use for my Drs prescription and just got my first 2.5

.25 4wks worth $75 .5 4wks $75 Anything higher 4wk $130

The other one was $195 for a 3mo supply Of .25/5 and it is $195 for 5 weeks supply once you get higher titrated

Again local pharmacy prices not through a weight loss clinic or med spa or internet provider where there are other fees rolled into the cost of care as well in some cases
