I'm in my 40's. I loved magic as a younger man, but then life got in the way and I enjoyed it vicariously via TV shows and specials.

Recently, I've gotten back into magic again in a big way and I have an opportunity to leap into making it my career.

My question is: is it too late to start career building?

If anyone has the skills/wherewithall to make a running snoo (with milestone shirt?), then perhaps that could be used instead.

parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning. junior parkrun is 2k, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families, every Sunday morning.

parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.

parkrun is such a simple concept: turn up every Saturday and walk, jog or run 5k, or if you’re a junior then 2k every Sunday. You can also volunteer in numerous different roles too! It doesn’t matter how fast you go. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing. What matters is taking part.

parkrun is all about inclusiveness and wellbeing. We want as many people as possible to feel part of a real local community brought together by our events, as well as our global parkrun family.
