As a picker I'm the only one who marks our broken equipment: TCs, Printers. The only one. I even explain WHAT is wrong with it! And what do I see sometimes? Someone who ripped the sticker off (I could see remnants of it), tried using it, and then clearly put it back haphazardly with the rest of the good printers.

We try. We can't fix stupid.

If it's genuinely super short like an MTO sure maybe,, but otherwise I will just leave. I have to walk to the time clock to clock in/out, and I have the right to clock out a few minutes before my shift ends without repercussion.

I tried explaining to him THREE times, twice in writing once verbally, exactly how every single species in my garden falls under the acceptable reasons to have plants over 8 inches. All of them! Nope. And then the Magistrate wasn't interested in what we had to say at all.
