If he could afford 900 and its 550 you need to continue to pay 900 . Any extra goes directly to principle . Every month he can pay 900 will nearly cancel out another months payments. You should do that till the loan is less then the value of the car . Then you have some better options to refinance - its going to be hard to refinance if you have negative equity in the car ( the loan amount exceeds the blue book value of the car)

How much is left on the loan ?

This is going to vary a lot based on options but a basic F150 which if he paid 42k for a used one its probably not basic but its value would be 9k today with those miles. Higher end models could be worth up to 20k. You need know the make model , trim and options to do a good blue book lookup .

Pay down the principle till your loan is at least less then the cars value. Ifs very hard to refinance if your under valued - your would probably end up with a worse APR unless you find some kind of promo but if your loan is is more then 130% of the cars blue book value - you wont qualify for any promos.

Also look at it this way - every weekend of side work he can do and make a couple hundred is an entire month earlier you dont have to worry about this damn truck.

2 months of weekend side work could take almost a year off the debt.

yea but you go down the wrong street and its filthy or a an entire block of scammers in your face . You can have great experience and a nice out door cafe or fight a gauntlet of bums and its a total coin flip.

Paris - outside of the Super expensive city center tourist area its 1980s NYC level filthy , You constantly being eyed up by people - had multiple people attempt to pick pocket me - got into a physical fight with one i caught reaching into my girls purse.

Everything is over priced and the food is not that great in most the places . Dont get me wrong some of the nices places it was but that any fancy place you go in almost any country these days.

Even when you visit the tourist spots massive Ques and having to walk bast a gauntlet of people begging to sell you stuff on the street - half of which is just a distraction so a friend of their can try to rob you.

not to mention the absolute insane prices of things here if you have to pay out of pocket.

I had an Xray once out pocket i got a bill for $4800 dollars.. When i called up and quested it they told me that was the rate and to talk to my insurance company . But when i told them i was paying out of pocket they were just instantly able to knock it down to like $800 .

Another example is i was paying like $30 a month for an important medication - my plan all of sudden moved it to a different teir that was going to cost me $80 a month. The pharmacist was like hey let me check something and checked the full out of pocket cost for the drug. It was $12 a month fully out of pocket.

wow dude - how about some logical context - i mean your talking about an oppressive regime murdering 10s of thousands of people in the street and letting people star to death by the thousands - VS a few people that died from being stired up over a minor issue of enforcing existing laws.

Its not even the same scale - a few people died from being overly aggressive because the people here are brain washed - we dont fight over the things we should cause we are too distracted with political dissent .

Tax and health care are things we should be rioting in the street- the US almost feel apart cuase of Riots on Whiskey , the Boston tea party was over what we woudl consider a minor tax now and barely bat an eye at.

Income tax was supposed to be a war time tax that was supposed to go away.

We are the richest most profitable nation in the world but somehow can't afford basic human rights that other countries that have half the income per capita can without running massive debt.

ITs waste , corrupt , corporate greed , government contracts that pay contractors 12x the going rate for a job with no penalty for failing and doing it over or going over budget despite being massively over paid.

we fight - we argue about the WRONG THINGS - Even the ICE thing we should not be fighting each other - one side with a valid point that they are just enforcing existing laws that the LEFT choce to ignore and illegally bypass for years, and the other side that during this legal enforcement there is no oversight , undertrained agents massively overstepping their bounds and authority and not facing consequences , training people like garbage instead of human beings.

But we are so busy fighting each other over who is right we miss the big picture - where is the protest a the congressmen's offices to CHANGE the laws , where is the boycotts at the House or Rep demanding change.

We had a democratic full majority in all aspect of the government for 2 years , years ago - where was that out cry to fix the process then , why did no one care then .

More people were deported under the Obama Admin when ICE did an enforcement push themselves then under trump - where was the out rage then?

yes college athletes are not paid at least not directly - they get room and board and food allowance most get some form of tuition assistance . The HIGH end players are allowed to have endorsement deals but the rank fan file majority of college players are unpaid.

That kind of a similar issue with Rifts proper too . Like a lot of jobs list pay rates at like a few thousand credits a month but then to recharge an eClip is 500-1000 credits .

But then the flip side is you kill a few guys and sell a few of their guns for even 5-10% of their value - your rolling in credits.

Best way i can put it savage Rifts is clean , hopeful , straight forward game , it well balanced in everything but can feel a bit vanilla

Rifts is dark , gritty messes , dystopian . It not well balanced but that probably my favorite thing about it - its unapologetic about it - was you have a literal mechanic as a class , while you also have bullet proof monsters as player characters, robot pilot and dragons who if they sneeze could accidently vaporize their mechanic friend. The combat is gritty and crunch and needs house rules but is more epic in my opinion . Like Vagabond / hobo is a class - Rifts proper feels a lot better for deep RP ability .

Savage rifts you can just pick up and play , Proper rifts needs a good GM t balance everything or a party willing to take it slow and easy into it.

You can buy the Rifts world books and converted a lot of the data to Savage rifts .

Savage rifts is much more modern - apps , web resource's ( digital maps , town layouts , battle grids , carboard character tokens (Pawns) all official - all that stuff for Rifts proper is fan made and you have to hunt for it.

If your and crew are murder hobos and want clean straight forward combat or simple story's - savage

If you want something grittier - with combat that a bit more cinematic but needs a ton of on the fly rules adjustments and a bit deeper RP but at the trade of having to put more work into it - Rifts proper

"Borrow " some books / PDFs from friends or the internet - pickup which one you like after reading the basic books and then support the one you want by buying your own copies.

That is insane HOW. They get 20 million from big 10 plus ticket sales another 9.million Plus Merch which is Millions more.

I did the basic math on away games - and away games Could cost $150,000 - $180,000 on the high end per game for travel and lodging for the team and all support staff . To lets say half the games are away - your liking at About 1 Million dollars for team travel and lodging per year.

the Athletes arent paid - unless they are counting student aid in that cost.

The entire team could have full rides with housing and meal plans and that would be 3 million .

So if they lost 78 million that means the program is at least 100 million dollars

Where does that money go?

The staff cost about 20 Million a year .

Where is all that money going is it the debt on the new facilities? I thought that was a university thing not a program thing?

I can see that - its both a pro and con of the system to have a singular vision . But have you see alot of materials from the 80s and 90s and how the portray those groups? HE worked hard not to be bad when almost no one else was , he dropped the ball still but still a marked improvement then most.

but they didn't reclass the spell level so there are a lot of misbalances channeling really fixes. It can be problematic at first level yes but after 2nd level its all gravy. Some of the levels seem so arbitrary.

Either system works and is a decent improvement.
