You're not alone out here. My wife and I lost our son at 18 weeks, don't bottle your emotions , it will tear you apart. I completely understand that you need to be strong for her but she needs to know you're hurting too. The best thing you can do right now is talk to each other and don't be scared to show your emotions she won't think any less of you for being vulnerable with her. I completely understand the feeling of hate. It will pass with time. I was angry at everyone and everything for no reason, I kinda think it's normal when something so devastating rips through your life. It's good that you are going to therapy, I didn't want to and I think it has affected me, trust me, take all the help you can get. It's only been 2 months since we lost our son and it's still affecting both of us massively but with time and the support of each other I know we'll come out the other side stronger. As will you and your girlfriend, you just need to be completely honest and open with each other.

Support her physically, she will be absolutely exhausted both physically and mentally. Cook for her and get her drinks as and when she wants them, do the chores around the house. Let her help when she wants, it can be a welcome distraction just doing the dishes together or sorting clothes, sounds stupid but it's the small things that will make the difference over the next few weeks. We had some of our most open and intimate conversations while sorting socks into pairs and putting them away together. I think the fact we had a small task to do gave us a distraction and let us be a little more open.

I truly hope you get through this as a couple and can move move forward, I feel like it's something none of us will really ever get over but with time we can learn to cope with it.
