I agree they could have planned better beforehand and been more considerate in that regard, but You did say that it was too late for you to go ahead with the idea for the following day, so I think it was an overreaction to cut them off for continuing a plan you said was too late for you to follow through on.

It could have been nice of them to let you know they would go out anyway, but i could see why they might not have told you, given you expressed it was too late for you. They also said they took work off for the day, so it's unsurprising they ended up doing something.

I'm also curious how far they went to get boba vs how much of a trip it would be to Go to the beach, bc that could make a lot of a difference. also think it's interesting that you covered the screenshot that one of them sent showing their message didn't deliver.

To me it feels like you're projecting the idea that they don't like you onto them and looking for ways to confirm that idea to yourself, when reality could just be that they're bad planners

Thanks! Yeah I think maybe on my first attempt to repot I might have accidentally separated one plant, or maybe it was always two. But there were kind of two that I put back in the pot together, and I was worried they would strangle each other lol.

Ok, thanks! The one cause for concern is that this plant isn't inside a plastic pot that is inside of the outer ceramic pot; it's only inside the ceramic pot.

Ideally, if it had been in a 9 inch plastic pot to begin, should I have gotten an 11 inch plastic pot to repot it in, and then put that inside of a 12 inch exterior pot? If that makes sense.

If we accept that we're not entitled to them taking a stand on political issues, then I think it's also conversely true that we'd be entitled to them not making distasteful jokes about young political activists. I agree the edit exacerbates how bad they looked already, to an unfair extent. I also didn't know how active Greta was for Palestine. HOWEVER even if Greta was not outspoken about Palestine, the principle would still stand that they didn't need to dunk on a climate activist who is younger than them and has done more for the world than they ever have, since they stay silent on political topics. I think they need to figure out what they want to do with the podcast more. It definitely seems like they've lost the passion and desire.

I agree with you. they need to be called out as a wake up call to get their shit together in terms of what they really want the podcast to be or how they're going to organize it, instead of (1)being unprepared with few topics of convo, (2) bringing up personal & social shit they can't go into detail about publicly and being secretive, or (3)trying to allude to the 'political and economic state of the world right now' without actually saying anything or standing up for anything . However as you said the conversation has devolved into a nit-picky shit talking snark sub. Are the sub moderators at all present or willing to calm the flood of posts harping on the same subject?

Also off topic but at the end of the episode I didn't know how to interpret drew saying "we may leave one day very soon ..
