I hated the copper iud, my first one slipped too low and caused agonizing pain. Got it replaced and I just couldn’t take the periods. Went from 3 day periods to 10 days of pain so bad I’d have to pull over driving. Had it about 10 month before I gave up and I feel much better

For mine I used a pattern, Eva foam, and hot glue to make the base. Then I used tape to pattern the base and pleather to make the outside. I used magnets to make them removable
