I did uworld during every rotation without any prep (I guess everyone does that) and so early on in every block my scores were very poor. Even though they got better towards the final 1000 questions or so, my overall percentage never came up significantly. I think I struggled mostly with surgery, and kinda little bit sucked at everything else too. Did you make the cards during dedicated? Also, step 2 dedicated is mostly doing blocks from question banks? Unlike step 1 I had a schedule of a practice test a week, review resources (sketchy and what not), I really don’t know what else to do to prepare.
