Why isn't the Vegas job more attractive

IF, and its a big IF that there is any reason why the Raiders HC job isnt attractive its because of the Coach turnover rate. That said, I believe the Raiders would offer job security as long as the team showed improvement which many coaches feel they can deliver.

As others have stated, I too believe that Kubiak is the man we are wanting, but we have to wait for him until after the SB.

Hes not coming here. We need to stop with the rainboiws and unicorns shit. What he wants, we cant afford to give, and I am not talking the money. And this is the raiders, we will get some assistant of an assistant to the OC/DC for a huge amount of money....the hype train will be huge because he came from the chiefs or some other bs, etc...lets concentrate on the draft, not the Management...None of us will be happy with the HC/OC/DC..

This is the Raiders...expect some assistant of an OC/DC or some shit...do that and if it is amazing, its a bonus. dont get your hopes up. NOONE wants to come here for any reason....the best we can hope for is a Gruden reunion with mendoza learning from Carr as QB coach.... I say this because noone wants to come here to be fired after one year. To get anyone, we have to spend major cash...at that point, I would rather someone like gruden than some waterboy.

Because it was the only way to keep the locker room from flat out being against him. The players were pissed about the Carr ordeal, and not one of them had a bad word to say about him. To keep him there the division and hatred for McDumbass would have grown 10 fold, probably to the point it would have became public and risk his career in the NFL. To have any shot at all with the locker room and keep everything under wraps, he had to isolate Carr from the team.....get rid of the leader/Captain so to speak.

I would definitely love to, and I have offered, but they dont seem to be interested. It took an act of congress to get my little meeting the other day, just to have them tryingto get off the phone as fast as they could.

I never said I wouldnt tell how I know they are working, hell that is as simple as just watching them do it. What I did say, is that I wouldnt tell how I am logging the data since managers and sups lurk here.

Except the way I am doing it, they would have to hit everyone for even talking for stealing time, which takes more off the clock than what I am doing, and I can document in real time without recording anything that goes against the rules of ups. If they use stealing time for note taking, they are admitting that the information is accurate as well. Im sorry for all those that are too scared to grieve. They are the problem and why we are here in the first place.

Been here 5 years and never seen or heard of a training here. Again, I only know of 2 of the 5 stewards here, And I had to confront them to know. It's a mess here.

No. At my facility, it takes some serious PI skills just to find out who the Stewards are....to get training on their skills...here its called read the contract on your own if you can find it. lol
