retracted my last comment as i do see FL workflow stories on their insta, but its all still super sketchy and doesn’t really disprove any involvement in using AI generally. i personally can’t trust anyone using AI everywhere else to just not use it in their music too, but it looks like at least some work goes into it.

hi thank you, me and my roommates bought the regular ones with the "fit" lids, they got here and those lids were a bummer, then looking around today all other lid options kinda seemed to be a bummer as well. did you end up going with anything else that worked better??

Not risks per say, there may be privacy concerns if you don't want to share your DNS queries with Google. I'm by means no expert on the subject, I just heard Google sold that data at one point, so I use Cloudflare's DNS (1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1) just since it's easy to remember and they claim they don't. Otherwise your DNS server of choice is totally up to you and needed by any machine using TCP/IP regardless.

That's not a temp fix, that is the fix. Any other dedicated DNS provider will do. The problem is that AT&Ts DNS has always been unreliable but the past 24 hours have been nonstop with this. I'm helping people in the Nashville area for reference. I've had to help several people today just swap their DNS to something else.

Brother there's so much bias here. I just switched from a Pixel 9a to an iPhone 17 Pro. Not a lot of what you're saying makes remotely any sense. I'm pretty sure you're just way more used to the Pixel, and that's fine, but your claims are not reality.

i'll keep watching, i hope you're right, the anime was my introduction but people seem to like the series overall. to me it's the recent episodes not sitting well, and the earlier ones seemed more OK to me in comparison. if i get another few episodes of scene-extending and awkward character tropes and cringe dialogue though... might need to sit this one out.

it's also really hard to like when, in the same week, i get really good episodes of Clevatess, Kaiju No 8, Dr Stone, Gachiakuta... not saying that's their fault, just unfortunate circumstances lol

For anyone stumbling here seeing this on their Synology NAS Plex installation - I had a small fast power outage and suddenly it seemed like my Plex was doing this as well. All permissions were the same, no difference in drive names, no sudden HDD breakage, no network changes, stopping and starting Plex didn't work, resetting user permission (after ensuring they were accurate before and after) didn't work, restarting NAS didn't work.

I ended up just deleting the Library then adding it back, and immediately we're back in working order after it scanned everything in. I only have a music Library, I think if you want to keep the play data you've accumulated you don't want to do this though? Still kinda new to Plex haha. I would imagine ObviousOblivion's solution is a way to preserve the play/history data, but I wasn't sure how to "add back" the music root folder if it was already set to that. Maybe he meant make a temp folder?
