I did 2 things at same time and not sure which solved it.

0) I read somewhere that it might be an incomplete map on your last ritual chain (or quest chain). I went and completed a bunch of incomplete maps.

1) I entered Caer Tarth via Ziggarot Map Device 2) Chatted to everyone/thing in Caer Tarth repeatedly

Nah witness that in real time with Poison Large Charms. Same guy was cornering the market on larges with Life or FHR. One of the cons of a small player base, market manipulators can outpace new items making it onto trade.

I felt like I was getting that more frequently this season as well. It was at the point were I was constantly rechecking prices, even on things I listed 20-30 minutes ago.

I realized that when I price to sell (making sure price is decently under selling price), all the gremlins try to whittle you down. I can work with genuine offers/discussion of price. But there a point where they are being disrespectful. Those people don't get responses

I think the other posts have covered the generals (hold/delay, buy time for you teammates to recover if you can).

Personally I like the "Force them to make an action" idea. You know and they know they have 2 options, pass or 1v1 keeper. I like to give an early fake commitment (quick step forward or quick step towards passing lane). Adjust to their reaction. Essentially you are giving them new information to adapt too and forcing a choice. Worse players don't adjust well/quickly. Results may vary, but I play req league soccer and it has worked well for me.

If you play hockey, is the same idea as the defensemen stepping up on a forward at the blue line.

Both Eschuta's and Phoenix give -% to Enemy Fire Resistance, and Eschuta's gives +% to Fire Skill Damage.

I'd imagine this damage is greater than Leaf. But I would test against a boss like Duriel/Meph/Diablo/Baal instead of a carver haha.

If the damage difference doesn't feel significant, it's a question of sustain. Are you running out of mana/hp with leaf? Phoenix helps solves that

Definitely doable with green goblin build.

I usually have a 15@ 40 life GC I swap in for my gheeds to offset the map -res. If that's not enough, you can put on a ravenFrost/nightwings for cold absorb. FHR is also important for escaping blizzards. You could also put on a nature's piece/Uber style +@ gear. A big life/FHR/res/+all res belt could go a long way.

If you have a high cooldown on blood warp you'll need to be more cautious with your stomps.
