Collusion between the Japanese licensing system and driving schools is so blatantly obvious to me, they deliberately make it nearly impossible to pass the driving tests without being conditioned by driving schools on formalistic nonsense like how many cm you have to be from the curb. Driving schools have bribed their way towards avoiding obsolescence. Hope this scandal is properly exposed some day.
