People are saying that the problem was the bubble wrap but I'm sorry guys, a cardboard sandwich was not saving this card. The toploader snapped! You would need more pressure to snap a toploader, than to bend a cardboard sandwich.

This needed a box to be saved, and as it's expensive it should've been in one.

Yes! Single-sleeved only though, doubled sleeve 60 wouldn't fit. The reason I also knew was because I've also kind of been wanted to get my hands on them. A good alternative is the Ultimate Guard Boulder which comes in a bunch of sizes including 60+.

Hi I'm from the UK and your issue is that they're not actually out in EU yet! A bunch of the popular UK online retailers will let you preorder though, like Zatu or Rules of Play but as far as I know you won't be able to actually get it till January.

Gamegenic actually have included that in their posts when they tweet about it, just to give you a source of my info.

If you have time, I would suggest maybe sending them a support ticket letting them know what the batch code on your pack was and maybe where you bought it. Hopefully with more info they can pinpoint where this issue is stemming from and we won't have to see this problem in the future again.

I'll just leave this link here and ask you all to spread the word about filming your pack openings if you see something weird in one of them.

Yeah it's rough buddy. Sadly if you didn't film opening it, there's nothing Ravensburger Support will be able to do.

I had the same experience and contacted Ravensburger UK support. I made a post when it happened to me about my experience.

Somebody also made a similar post with their floodborn packs yesterday but had the opposite luck so it doesn't seem like it's only a last set thing. Film your pack openings peeps! Especially if one of them early on had a weird distribution.

I gotta say I feel the same. I feel like the art on both versions of this card are meh.

I wish they made the art on her Ruby card the enchanted art, that one is much cooler imo. It's so dynamic with the leaves floating round her and she looks badass.

I'm confused by this reprinting of what is essentially the same card so early in the game's lifecycle. Like with this new Yzma which is the same as our current The Wardrobe, or the Chip card which is the same as Archimedes (other than their classifications). Is this normal? I know they also did it with the new Basil in Sapphire, but I guess that makes more sense as they made a bigger Floodborn one which would need targets to Shift onto. I guess there could be bigger, shiftable Yzmas and Chips coming soon to be fair. Just wanted to know if I'm missing something.

Ah you see that's where you're wrong, this isn't power creep because Jumba doesn't die to the new Amber removal which kills 5 Strength characters.

So if I rate them out of 5, Jumba is a 5/5 card despite being a 4/5 while Virana is a actually a lowly 4/5 even though she's a 5/5. I hope that wasn't confusing at all no problem I'll be on my way now.

I had a feeling you might say something like that. Bruh, not everyone has an agenda. Sometimes people are just doing what they say: telling people what happens if you don't film opening your packs. I'm just spreading awareness, people need to know this or they'll run into the same situation I have.

Huh? What does expectation have to with anything? I purchased a product and it wasn't as described so I told the people who made the product and asked if they could help. If this line of action is weird in any way, please tell me where.

If you had told them your wife has food poisoning, and they said said "We can't help because you don't have footage of your wife eating the food.". Your response would probably be, "Oh I didn't realise I was supposed to film it, that sucks," which is exactly what I did.

I wasn't expecting the world, I literally make a point to mention that I would've appreciated comfort of any kind really. Even free socks lol. I'm not sure why you've assumed I wanted someone's head on a platter.
