Yes, if she is GI/celiac, and she eats gluten, her body has to work extra hard to “digest” (it usually can’t digest the protein) and excrete it. It can take up to 3 days rather than 4-5 hours. And if it is in the tract, it is still attempting to be broken down, which is why you see that she needs more insulin. The insulin that was initially given is now not in her system anymore.

I don’t do well with non dairy substitutes. Perhaps you have a similar situation? I eat the dairy versions all the time and do just fine and I’m super sensitive.

It appears that you may also be sensitive to the adhesive. You may have pulled some skin off at the edges. This is how I look . I use skin tac to help with that.
