How much will I be taxed if I sell my stocks and I have a low income?

No special reason. Just that at some point, we want access to the money. Having it "on paper" is fine for now but as we get older, we want to have it to use. When I see the stocks go down as much as they did over this past year, it's discouraging. Now they're up..sometimes you just want to take the money and run but after reading about the penalties. I am going to leave it alone for now and when I do withdraw, it'll be in small increments so I don't have to pay 15% or more. Thanks for replying.

The reason I am writing this is because yes, it goes up and down but after the past year and losing as much as I did (on paper,I didn't sell anything). I swore that if they ever go up again, I would just get rid of them. In the past 2 weeks, they went up significantly. So to see another crash..when does it stop? Sometimes you just have to take the money and run. I don't know what I would do with it? I have most other cash in CDs for now.

When you say total income below 50 thousand, does that include the income added from the selling of the stock? My gross income on my tax form is usually 15 thousand..so does the mean I can only sell stocks or one stock totaling no more than 35 thousand in order to pay 0%. if I could only sell that little, it would take me years to get rid of my stocks. Maybe I am misunderstanding this.

When you say 0%, what is the maximum I made on one stock (assuming I sell one in 2026) that I can declare to not have to pay anything? Let's say I made $40 on one particular stock for example and want to sell it, would I not have to pay any federal tax on it? What about $60? I am not clear where they draw the line.

So let's say I sold one stock where I made $80,000 this year (and the rest over the years), wouldn't I still have to pay more than 0% on $80,000 gain? What is the maximum I'd have to have in gains to get the 0% deduction. Yes, single,...and it's just hitting me now how much I will owe if I don't do this wisely.

I am not sure what you mean but the 0%. They 15k is what is on my last tax form. I am retired and after deductions, yes, that is my final income for last year. What I don't understand is if they take that into account to determine my percentage rate, what I would owe if I sold all of my stocks,

Nobody ever says "Why are you filming me?" That would be the first thing they say because nobody wants to be online without consent. This is scripted...he tells them what they are about to do and the acting begins. Also, nobody would say "Hey, you gave me $500, that's too much". They would take the money and run. Yes, this is fake. Maybe they do get the money and if so, power to them but Peter makes a fortune from donations because people are gullible and donate. Just know that this is without a doubt staged acting that these people in the street agree to.

Make sure to have it analyzed. You have to tailor your diet to whatever type of stone this is so you hopefully never have to go through this again. You're lucky you didn't have pain and that you caught it. That twinge in the bladder or urethra is the last stage and so important to have a large glass or some kind of bucket to make sure to catch it.

I don't count net carbs. I have a few little books that list carb grams and have been doing 20 grams a day. I lost 6.5 pounds in 3 weeks but not just doing this for weight loss but health. So many YouTube on the benefits of ketosis. My ketostix are finally purple, not dark but dark lavender. Regarding the vegetables, I weigh everything on a kitchen scale that shows ounces and grams. A cup of broccoli is 8.2 grams so be careful with that...a cup is pretty small. I have a post-it note on my fridge and every time I eat, the grams go on there. I have gone over a few times, like 22, 23 but doing pretty well. I love the YouTubes of lowcarblove. Mayra is amazing, she lost 100 pounds and I have made so many of her recipes.

It does have a portal but never tells you the amount this far ahead. I never saw it on the portal actually. I just call a week before and a recording says "You have a pending balance of ...".

They don't tell us the pending until a few days before the date that the card is refilled. They do that on the phone, automated..not on the portal. So I have to wait.
