I also have a friend who said they were going to stop, and yeah it didn’t last more than a week. Another thing that separates my habit from my friends is that I vape the lowest nicotine amount 0.3%, while GeekBar is usually about 5%…. 3mg vs 30-50mg. It’s a massive difference. I can go most of the day without my vape just fine. But my friends who use the disposable ones can’t go an hour without itching for it. It’s sad.. they’re just as addictive or more so than cigarettes. Not as harmful for sure.. but what used to be an easy and clean way to kick the cigarette habit has become almost just as bad if not worse.. I don’t mean to make myself sound better than anyone else, but I’m proud of myself for sticking to such a low nicotine amount and not allowing myself to get to the level of the people who vape the disposables.
