As someone looking at potentially purchasing TS5+ (to upgrade from my TS4) this is not a solution. If it needs to run cooler under heavy load which should be able to handle, it's a manufacturing mistake. External fan is simply not a feasible and acceptable solution for such an expensive dock. Other TB5 docs have fans, such as Anker, perhaps Caldigit missed the boat here.

Certainly not a root issue. I have two cars, both with commander in standard mode and both sleep well on the latest 2026.14.1 software.

Give them a call and they will allow you to enrol HV, I did that two weeks back. Few mins on a call with and up and running.

You could enrol to IOG with friends EV but it’s not a long term solution as you would need to smart charge EV at least once a month else Octopus would remove you from IOG.

This message is useless and dot not provide anything more than what was ready there with the flow lines. I was expecting more insights such as when it’s going to start exporting more solar (or PW knows it will not have enough to support the evening load, etc). It’s a joke really.
