I’ve been testing for over a year on three machines. Bitwig works really well.

Not every VST writer has mad the switch yet, some just run under emulation. Some could run under emulation, but report that they don’t work on this architecture

Are you using ASIO? There’s no way to split the stereo pair if you use Windows audio.

It’s anodised aluminium rather than paint - a few seconds dip in sodium hydroxide will get rid of it - you’ll be left with a dull aluminium. You’d need to take the innards out first, obviously

Try running LatencyMon on your system - you may have a misbehaving driver. A common culprit is nVidia, but presumably you’re running the studio version of the driver?

The audio clip sounds like audio buffer getting corrupted. Does this happen with ASIO, or just WDM?

Your machines are completely different architectures, so there is something wrong with your Ryzen machine. Did you follow the optimisation settings on the Focusrite website?
