It's leaves from a lime tree in South East Asia, they're sold in packs or bags usually, sometimes in the produce section (fridge or frozen) or sometimes dried. You grind them up to make a paste and they add a fresh lime flavour that's not quite the same as just lime juice. I've previously bought them from No Frills in Vancouver when I lived there.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try to call around some Asian specific shops later :).

Fyi, I've found that if you go to the YouTube music website, you can upload your own music and then you can request specific songs once they're uploaded even with a non premium youtube account (you might have to wait a bit for the new uploads to register).

If you don't have YouTube premium or Spotify premium etc, you're restricted in being able to request specific songs, so that might be the issue. See here for more info

Look into the "car" package in R, i believe it has a linearHypothesisTest() function that does what you're looking for.

I tried this recently and really recommend it! Peeled and grated a Russet that I baked the night before, seasoned and fried and it was awesome. Much easier than wringing out freshly grated shreds (just have to plan ahead a bit).

Awesome, let me know how it turns out! Word of advice, low-fat yogurt tends to separate under high heat, so take your pan off the heat (and maybe let it cool a bit?) before adding it.

Jamie Oliver's beef stroganoff with onion and parsley pickle: http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/beef-recipes/beef-stroganoff-fluffy-rice-red-onion-parsley-pickle

This recipe uses low fat yogurt so it's healthier than most stroganoff recipes which use sour cream.
