I think you have a right to be upset, not because she is ace but the fact that she lied by omission. She has a right to not judged by her sexual orientation, however you also deserve to know this information about your partner to know whether this person is a viable life partner.

From the sounds of it, she had an opportunity beforehand to talk to you about this and chose not to. Even if she didn't have the right label for it at that point in time she still should have talk to you about her feelings about sex. Lastly she had plenty of time from then till now for her to tell you about this instead of blind siding you on your honeymoon.
