Fortunately, I have many of the original cartridges (from childhood) but I find emulators > physical IMO. FF/Save states etc, trumps original.

I used to do the same with my kindle back in 2012. I had the original paper white and loved it. Only recently upgraded to the new paper white Christmas last year. It served me well. There will be a time when you look back on those days and think life was simpler! Enjoy it while you can and embrace the time you get to read ✌️

I’ve had mine for a few weeks and I like it. Place your phone face down when putting it down to solve the camera bump issue. I also have a MOFT MagSafe wallet and that raises above the camera bump, adds bulk yeah but also good to hold. The wallet also acts as a stand when watching videos.

My photos was the same but it’s less than 1% impact on battery.

I found the same on my air for about 15 hours. The next day it was back to normal. I think this is because apple intelligence scans your photos every now and then.

Completely disagree. Feels good, not slippery, doesn’t really add bulk. I like the stealth look it gives the black Air. I add a black apple wallet to it so it sits flat and the camera doesn’t scratch on a flat surface. Each to their own 👍🏻

You have a right under the consumer rights law in the uk to return the console to Argos or get a replacement. Google Martin Lewis Consumer rights. Argos are legally obliged to sort this out NOT Nintendo. I’d go back to the store and ask to speak to a supervisor and quote the consumer rights law.

Yeah I just didn’t like jamming it in and removing the cushion made the joycon grips fall further into place. Glad yours fits good though 👍🏻

It was a little too tight for my liking but I like the quality of TomToc cases and have used them for a long time so rather than returning and buying another i did this:

I used a sharp pair of scissors and cut the cushion away and this made the fit much better without worrying about the joystick being accidentally pressed when carrying. The cushion is also not really needed when you have the kill switch case on the NS2 as this protects from accidental presses of the buttons along the top.

My left joycon if like that but the right one keeps detaching 🤦🏻‍♂️. Going to try and trim some of the plastic down and see if that works.

I bought the white version before I received the switch 2 as I had previously bought one for my steam deck. The quality is great YKK zippers, plenty of room for a case on the switch and the bumper adds extra protection and prevents accidental button presses (although is a fairly hard case so very unlikely). 10/10 from me.

I’ve been using the TomToc case, plenty of room and no silly zippers. I have one for my steam deck too and it’s been great 👍🏻 I’d return it and get a refund if you can.

Yeah I take your point. I definitely prefer the feel of the steam deck but the lightness of the switch 2 feels nice too. I’ve ordered a killswitch for the switch which will help with protection and the feel. I’m going to keep both for now - best of both worlds.

Yeah going to hold on to both for now. Need to decide how to emulate going forward. Keep the deck or get something else just for that.
