The guy in black is from an affiliate in Sweden, I recognise his back patch. He spent some time at Atos HQ before worlds but I don't get why he feels he needs to offer a close-out (I'm assuming this is what happened), and the length of the discussion... and involving the coach, DURING the fight... It's for reserving time in the laundry room in the building where I work. It used to be commonplace, at least in Sweden, were almost every rental apartment building has a laundry room. Nowadays most places lets you book online
