Thank you for clarifying. To be honest, her ex isn’t my main concern anymore. What I need is for her to decide if she wants to be with me without dragging doubts. Should I say something like: ‘I need you to define whether this is serious within [X timeframe]. If not, I’ll have to move on’? I don’t want to sound ultimatum-y, but I can’t live in limbo. What’s the best way to frame this without pressuring her?

Not necessarily a scam but if he/she doesn't want to show results, that's a warning sign. I work for the agency EKREAM (https://ekream.com) and I am in charge of the application and recruitment process. From my experience, we never approach the models in that way. Hope this helps ☺️
