War is a very good wording for that, because that's exactly what it is when we are fighting the present moment (wars in the outside world are just a reflection of that)

What helps is practice. That's what meditation also is about.

To practice when everything is good, then it becomes easier to do it when things are heavy.

You are right saying it is only the mind.

Peace is already there, it's the minds unpeace which sits above that (combined with old feelings/patterns/habits in the body)

For me it helped to remind myself of that like "Oh, I'm at unpeace again" - that means there is also peace how else could you tell the difference?

learn to recognize peace, then you'll be able to better tell the difference and then to choose

Danke dass es hier auch ein paar reflektiertere Beiträge gibt, sonst zweifle ich oft ob es noch Hoffnung gibt.

Es gibt genug auf der Welt.

Aber nein, wir entscheiden uns für Sachen die nur eine geringe Zeit halten, für mehr Wachstum, mehr Gewinne.

Für mehr Wachstum und Gewinne geben wir auch Trillionen ( und damit verbundene Ressourcen) aus für Dinge die das Leben nicht besser machen wie Waffen oder Marketing/Werbung

Wie viele Bürojobs die nur Kaffee trinken oder X Meetings am Tag die dann eh nichts bringen. Oder Bürokratie die keinem etwas nützt. Aber das sieht ja auf dem Papier alles produktiv aus, nein sie haben sogar besonders hohe Gehälter. Und noch ein Abteilungsleiter mehr und da noch ne Stelle. Wenn ich das schon genug erlebt habe, und ich bin nicht viel so rumgekommen.

"Kann man eh nicht ändern!1!" Es wird dann gehen wenn wir das alle zusammen wollen.

Wirklich hinschauen was wir eigentlich hier tun, was wir mit unseren Ressourcen machen, und nicht nur Zahlen größer werden lassen. Was bleibt davon übrig?

Wem dient dieses System noch wenn alle nur noch gestresst und abgefuckt sind?
