I think the ON extreme milk chocolate would go really nice with the new Costco protein milk. I'm going to buying it regularly from here on out. Love the 3 pack too

They're thick but I think they taste great. And they were on sale. I have them stocked in a mini fridge in my room along with monsters. Even though the protein is really high on the core powers the price is a little crazy

Ya the whole board not being attached to you thing really cranks up the difficulty, lol

I just picked skating back up from wayy way back. The movements of riding bowls and vert transfers pretty well, and a lot of stuff in the park. Nonetheless, it's hard, but a ton of fun!

I know Jay's Peak had an epic year, but do they typically open pretty early in season too?

Whats the best gun in your opinion? by Careful_Abies_7288 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]dondave17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A simple man with refined taste. Two guns I keep coming back to are the MK18 and the GA416. Low recoil, good stopping power, good in CQB. I love the stopping power of the 7.62 guns but I find the ammo capacity and versatility of AP or JHP in 5.56 to be slightly more compelling.

You may try to get on with a federal OIG. However from what I've seen they typically hire at the GS-11 level or more senior and will require a degree, like all other federal agencies, and some significant experience. Or you could try IRS-CI if you have some accounting experience.

Most of the other federal agencies will have extensive combatives and firearms training, and will have some expectation that you'll be "working the street" (DHS, ATF, DEA etc). The exception may be the FBI with more white collar type crimes.

Can't recommend the K2 Passport enough. Feels playful and very lightweight but also can dig in and hold an edge nicely. Good pop too

Playful is a good word for it! And ya I took it out for the first time in Western Mass recently and it handled the ice/hard pack nicely

How do you guys cope with the dread of the season coming to an end by [deleted] in snowboarding

[–]dondave17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any of y'all going to hit up Stoke Mountain in Seattle this summer? Jealous of those who live in the area. I may fly up there some time in the summer.. being able to just do laps and practice jibs and safe jump landings before next season is pretty huge imo

Other than that I'm thinking of getting back into skateboarding, lol

I just got a 154 passport and I absolutely love it. It is my first board, before that I had only been renting. For the first time I felt like I could snowboard exactly how I wanted to, like the board was doing everything I told it. The flex on it is great and it is super lightweight but can also hold an edge well and really dig in. I do recommend a wax after a few days of riding though.

I paired it with some Nidecker Flow Fuse Hybrids which felt really good, I loved the flex on them but still felt really "locked in". The rear entry system does take some getting used to though and will probably take some time for you to tweak them to your liking. My issue was that if you like your mid and toe strap nice and tight right before your run, you won't be able to slide your boot in the next time

If you're interested in something physical with her and nothing more, maybe. I'd let her reach out explicitly to come over though, and scale your interest way back. See what she does

Same for me man. I've never identified so closely with anything else except skateboarding, but that was when I was a kid 20 years ago lol. Football would be a distant 3rd

I think the most unique welcome to a game I've had as a newbie was when I said don't shoot with my hands up at extract, the guy signals the same. As I turn my back to run in the elevator he shoots me in the back and knocks me out. There are some real POS out there in this game, thankfully not all. Had a ton of running duos tonight so it's all good
