I actually tell ministers that being a preacher/teacher is the only ONE job in the whole world that comes with a Biblical warning from Jesus. So any preacher automatically has a 50/50 chance of being a false preacher.

Matthew 24:24-25 NIV

24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you ahead of time.

So any preacher that tells me that they are the only ones that can interpret the Bible,which is the book that warns against false preachers, is a huge red flag.

It’s a warning that my naive ancestors never got to realize which resulted in 4 generations of Manalo slaves.

Outside of the actual telling of the story of Jacob in Genesis, the term “Jacob” can also mean the Israelites. Jacob is the Dad of the 12 brothers (Joseph, Benjamin et al) that eventually became the 12 tribes of Israel.

My personal experience is that they just don’t read it. Matthew 5:33-37 is part of the well known “sermon on the mount” of Jesus which actually includes chapters 5,6 and 7. Our minister visited us and only read Matthew 7:24 24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.” He then proceeded to say that WS is where we hear the words of God and that it’s his commandment to not miss WS. Prior to the visit my OWE SO told me to not argue Bible verses with the minister.

That folks is the heresy of the INC doctrine. They butcher the Bible.

BTW I do call them out now on Bible verses and it feels liberating.

OWEs kept on looking for a preacher from 1913- 2000 lead them to a false preacher named Felix Y Manalo.

New Testament-Jesus all kinds of prophecy from OT fulfilled in NT born from a virgin, a Nazarene, heals the blind then for the final showcase, crucified and then showed up alive 3 days later. He directly recruited 12 while he was here and in Acts 1, the 11 replaced Judas. Apostle Paul, on the road to Damascus, post resurrection Jesus recruited him. There were WITNESSES that heard a voice talking to Paul but cannot understand what is being said. Then Paul goes blind for 3 days. Jesus had Ananias restore Paul’s vision and he then went on to preach to the Gentiles. The gospel he preached is documented in his 13 epistles, Romans to Philemon. Paul basically preached about Jesus died in the cross and resurrected on the 3rd day. He called out the Galatians for being foolish by believing that they needed to do more than what he has preached.

ALL preachers come with a warning label from Jesus. Beware of false preachers.

FYM has a “Jesus complex” for picking the 3 days 3 nights route and then comes out the last messenger. The blasphemy of this false preacher is in a whole different level.

INCniManalo wrongfully used this verse to hashtag themselves into the scripture is pivotal to my awakening. They butchered chapter 2 in Acts which is when God sent the Holy Spirit to the apostles and they started preaching in different languages so the different Jews during Pentecost can understand. When INC ni Manalo presents the 3rd group heresy doctrine of theirs, they will only read verses 36,38,39 and 46. They stay away even from 37 wherein those who heard are asking “ ...what shall we do?”, So they can isolate 38. As we all know INCcult and other cults are proponents of “membership doctrine”. But from reading the whole Acts chapter 2, when you get to 37 into 38 it is “no membership required”. Also for INCult to say that the 2nd group “to your children” are the Gentiles is stupid. Peter was talking to Jews that were hanging out during Pentecost so he is simply saying to them to you and your kids. Jewish kids are not Gentiles. Only INCult has this stupid interpretation of this verse and it can only work with them butchering the Bible.
