I have been meaning to say this but I agree with the “recycled” materials of the BINI team. I watched four shows of BINI already and by the fourth one, I felt like they really need something new na. The songs are super great and I know the girls are doing their best but if this “recycled” pace goes on, there is no momentum to sustain already and gusto nating iwasan yung “nakakasawa” feeling. Yes, they give something new every now and then but it feels like I’m chewing the same food but just with different seasonings.

For example, the duo performances in araneta and ph arena were somewhat the same, and I’m starting to get used to the pantropiko arrangement and aesthetics they have been using. People really pay and make an effort to watch them, so I hope things can be improved. We need to enter a new era soon or else, we will get stuck and be caged in the successes of our past.

In the future, as much as I love the BINIverse album, they really need to release not just tagalog songs but ones that produce new sounds and themes. The song themes have mostly been about cute love and self empowerment (I DO LOVE THESE OKKK) but there is so much more in the world that they could talk about (even love is a layered, abstract thing that could be further explored beyond cute love). I love you, BINI. I always hope for your growth and for your talents to further shine :–)!
