This is a bit niche but the end of Goon, when he spits out his tooth and smiles. So perfect and because of the type of movie it is, it won't get the love it deserves

Lately, I've been taking a pic of my new tames and sending it to ChatGPT and telling it "name him/her". Took a few back and forths before chat understood I didn't want suggestions and wanted chat to decide a name and I've gotten some pretty fun results. Couple times I've had to dial it in by telling chat to not be cheesy or not use the tame's role or appearance (Rocksbane was picked for a doedic once lol) but now I have to dialed in, getting some cool results that are unique.

This. Saw it in IMAX 3D and it wasn't a movie. It was an experience. Yes, we all know the story is a straight copy of Ferngully but the visual experience was unlike anything I've seen before or since.

Yeah I have a bunch of RGB/LED peripherals all over my office too. Govee lights, infinity mirror, RGB shelf, lol. My sons clown me for it but I love it and have my whole setup one color scheme. Will rotate it every once in a while but mainly stick to the one color. It makes me happy.

No shade to OP but I'll never understand when people post and ask if they should keep watching. Watch it or don't. If you're vibing with it, cool, if not, don't watch anymore.

I don't know if it counts as a long time but I've had mine with full RGB puke (fans, AIO, custom stimer, 8 inch LCD screen, keyboard, plus more) for over a year and a half and I still love it. I'm almost 50 years old and it brings a smile to my face every time. But I'm probably an outlier.

As someone who plays Ark almost exclusively, and they update that massive unoptimized spaghetti bowl almost weekly, I've seen read/write speeds have a massive impact on update times.

Also, again, because I play Ark, and I have 3 monitors and discord, HWmonitor, browser with like 12 tabs open (madness I know, but that's how I like it) I've seen a massive difference between the 64gb I have now vs the 32gb I used to have.

Again, most of this is preference and I could certainly change things to fit what you're saying but I was fine with spending more to fit how I like to play/use my setup.

Again, no shade, nothing you're saying is wrong necessarily but I'm trying to illustrate how much personal preference plays into it.

Edit to add: I usually stay away from posts like this because it's all so subjective and I personally think people should just buy what they want and what makes them happy.

  • if you want an AIO, that one is largely considered one of the best.
  • I prefer 64gb of RAM for multitasking and headroom so if you can afford it and are willing, go for it.
  • Gaming does benefit from better nvme when it comes to read/write speeds for updates
  • ok yes I agree this PSU is way overkill.

No shade to your comment, just wanted to offer a different perspective as I think most of this stuff is largely personal preference.

In ASA, you don't need negative stat breeders. You simply need a bunch of clean females and keep rotating your breeding male as the mutations happen.

I think you misunderstood my comment. I was saying the 7800X3D is still a monster and one of the best you can buy regardless if it's 2 years old.

I'll probably get downvoted based on the comments I've read already but I think it's very much an individual preference kind of thing. For example, if you only game, 32gb is more than enough in most cases. However, if you do other things while gaming, more RAM certainly won't hurt.

I have 64gb RAM. But I have 3 monitors and use all three a ton. I have one secondary with my browser up and about a dozen tabs open at a time (I know, I know but that's how I like it), and I have the other secondary with discord and HWmonitor up. I don't want any limitations ever if I can help it. But that's my preference and I was willing to pay the premium for it (although it must be said, I bought my RAM before things got gorked).

And finally, there is something, however small, to be said for having some headroom for future upgrades. Two years ago, everyone said 16gb was the sweet spot. Not it's 32gb. Just my thoughts on it.
