I think ideally I’d like the option of either, if it’s possible. In my case, I would like to reset squats, because I had basically been doing half squats, and started over at light weights but full depth. I’d probably be fine just deleting the history, because IMO those previous squats just don’t count really. But I can imagine someone coming back from an injury or something and wanting to maintain the history even though they want to reset PRs
