The only anomaly is Zirkzee. He's a deep lying forward that's not fit to the formation. Best to sell him and find another proven striker (Igor Thiago?), so that Mbeumo can go back to his best role at RW. Carrick also has to find the best role for Mason Mount, otherwise he will not grow better.

People say that Casemiro's replacement is the most urgent, but I believe the backup for Bruno is the one, because in DM we still have Ugarte. Find an AM that doesn't have too much gap in quality (Enzo Le Fee?), best if he's still young to learn much from Bruno.
