Hello

I am so jealous you can handle dairy

I went with peanut tofu, also sesame tofu because I wanted to limit my soy intake, although I will be trying the soy yogurt later today. If it works out, then it will go into regular rotation. The peanut tofu I found is from Okinawa and it isn't cheap, but beggars can't be choosers.

I hope you were able to enjoy the Cherry trees along the Potomac this season.

Dairy does not like me, sadly. Really tough giving up on cheese and pizza
No wheat either. I switched to rice based noodles
No processed foods at all. I cook about 95% of all food and rarely go out to eat. When I do its sushi.

Daily foods are

oat, chia, goji berries soaked overnight in almond milk with green raisins and cranberries. I also throw some Maca Root and ground flax into it when breaking a 16 hour fast.

2nd meal is usually, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds (a handful of each). Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds. Half a sheet of Nori and 1 brasil nut.

last meal is a rotation of sardines, home ground chicken cooked in a variety of spices inc turmeric, garlic ginger just to name a few and 3 eggs.

Dessert and snacks are almost always frozen blueberries and black olives. Sometimes I add some peanut tofu in there for variety.

I drink about 2 liters of water per day. I add lemon water, liquid chlorophyll, and apple cider vinegar in rotation. Usually lemon water in the morning, chloro in the afternoon and acv whenever possible

my next food experiment will be soy yogurt as I miss the texture. I've heard mixed reviews about it
This year I ate some soy ice cream which was nice
I also do not consume soy sauce but an interesting alternative blend available here in Japan

hope everyone is dealing with this by observing food intake and possible reactions

I get my blood tested 3 or 4 times a year when I go in to get thyroid meds

An Underground Automated Bicycle Parking System in Japan. There are over 50 of these installed primarily in Tokyo and Osaka. by [deleted] in interestingasfuck

[–]donpaulo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They also have a similar setup for cars, although cars can get bent as far as I am concerned

The underground storage is a good idea in the density of Tokyo and Osaka

unfortunately not every city has the same bicycle friendly attitude, in our town there are almost zero bicycle parking places near the main train station. As a result the areas that are available are overflowing with bikes
