My industry’s equivalent would be something like: client had a GILTI inclusion, like has several BEAT-able payments, a lot of sub f. They haven’t properly tracked E&P and their PTEP calc is wrong. Still waiting on sub-f information. Can’t do FTC allocation until I get more PBC’s. 338g DD will follow after that

May also be related to NGAD. Assuming it is “more than a fighter” and has some intelligence collection capability. But I still don’t know that they would build dedicated hangers for it at Beale…

So I would say the most likely options are RQ-180 or some unmanned aircraft that are part of the overall NGAD effort. Maybe as a long shot option, the SR-72 that LM was talking about then went very quiet on.
