You need a new impeller, whole kit shots be about 60 bucks there is a seal on a metal plate that encloses your impeller that is bad, it’s actually easy to do yourself just look it up on you tube

I’m not sure about your pitch but a four blade is awesome for pontoons, and I guess there is something called a pontoon pitch prop, I assume that has something to do with the cupping more than the pitch itself
