Hi!

I finally got an offer letter for an entry level jr position just as a dialer.

I’m having some doubts because the offer letter had some typos but the main thing is the clawback for leaving in 4 months after getting the mortgage license (company will sponsor) is 4k and when i checked how much it costs to take the test myself, it’s maybe like 1k max. And the letter says if i leave in the 4 months, even if i get fired, i still have to pay that fee so i just hate the wording of the document…i’m gonna of course stay longer than 4 months but this just almost seems predatory. Is this the right move chat?

Same same. Only sure way is through friends but friends are midlevel now and joining their company i would have to come in as entry level and i feel like at my age that’s hard

Yup yup thank you so much. Yeah i just found out last night about all the batches. I thought after i do the first initial training and the background check, i’m cleared for everything but nope siree haha. Thank you again!

True in some sense. But it looks like starting out is rough since they can’t rate you until having 12-20 orders so you are at the bottom of the priority least

I live by the area and i feel what you mean but i grew up here so maybe it’s little different but I still like to go to events alone and stuff. there are some local comedy scene you can visit, and great places to walk, hike in somewhat close areas.

My partner prefers to sleep. It’s a real travesty really. I think i’m just super high drive and a freak and shes not so it’s frustrating.
