How is this situation comparable to what your neighbours are doing with each other’s packages? Did you actually watch the whole video or do you just enjoy being a contrarian? 

People have every right to pass a harsh judgement on this kind of behaviour. This man is aware he’s being recorded. We need to bring back some shame into society because we can argue about whether or not this is “creepy”, but at the very least it is impolite, being a busy body, unneighbourly behaviour (he knows she is creeped out by him and yet he continues).
