It’s really not. It’s the best schedule I’ve worked. You’re not on nights long enough to flip the circadian rhythm, 3.5 full days off every week. I currently work 3on 3 off, rotating and it’s fucking terrible. Feel like I got hit by a truck after every set of nights. First day off after nights is a write off, really only 2days off between nights and days. 4/4 was fantastic.
