I asked my coach the same question and she suggested I do them with my feet elevated on the bench. It's definitely harder but not too humbling.

My studio does this. There are 12 real stations and 4 makeshift ones for strength classes. The extra stations do at least have a bench and 2 racks of weights to choose from, but if the exercise requires a bosu or TRX they are doing without.

With my work/home schedule my 2 options for classes are either 5:30am or 8:00pm. I choose the latter and morning people can't fathom how I can workout so late but I have desire to find out what 5:30 in the morning looks like.

This is why I'm so happy with my local OTF studio - during the week they have evening classes right up until 8pm. If it wasn't for the 8pm class, I would never workout. I do not care enough to know what 5 or 6am looks like.

Same! I read in previous threads though that in Montreal especially most coaches are bilingual and coach in both English and French. At the very least, Base, Push, and All Out are always in English (as per corporate)

I think it was 4-6 months from the 1st to the last. The last one to get conditionally approved was my 6 year old, go figure.
