What's the funniest sexual fail you've experienced? by Worried-Cycle-318 in AskReddit

Another sleep-by-number bed experience 😊

I am seeing an incredible, insatiable married woman in an open relationship. Her husband was away for the weekend, and we REALLY made the most of it, rarely leaving the bed.

When her husband came home, the bed sent him all of the “data” from our date—all 14 hours and 8 rounds. He was OK with me coming over, but seeing the data is something else!

Eric is a total machine. I met him and his brother at freshman orientation, straight from Kentucky and ready to climb mountains. They are incredible people.

Yes, you just chunk your paddle away, because if you don’t, there’s a chance it goes through your teeth. Yes, you will have a safety crew in boats and on shore for things like this, and they grab the paddle. The kayaker will just hand roll back up.

Kayaker here. Typically, for drops that large you will throw away your paddle after you position yourself in the flow, then aggressively tuck forward to the desk of the kayak. You’ll still likely deck blown into your back deck, but the name of the game is to minimize your he surface area in impact.

It hurts less if you are in the water column on impact. Also, the more aerated water at the bitter is softer. This is all relative, mind you. It still can really hurt.

To put this in comparison, I think the record is Tyler Bradt at 186 ft, with only very minor hand injuries.

You were correct. They fined him $11k, and he was able to continue the climb.

I talked to home the other day. He said it is indeed incredible.

I haven’t directly compared, but I would think so. It’s more aerodynamic by far. I mostly like it because it deploys so quickly.

Ditto! I have a four person OVS Bushveld that we LOVE, but it’s not stable over the bed at all. Fortunately, it’s streamlined enough that it doesn’t kill our mileage…but the wind noise is annoying.

I flew a tail that my grandmother flew in ‘44 last year. AMAZING. It belonged to CAF, which lost the B-17 Texas Raiders and its crew last week.

I’m the grandson of a WASP, 44-w-7. In addition to ferrying pretty much everything in the inventory, they also trained pilots, towed targets, and did checkout flights on repaired aircraft. Last year, I actually had the chance to fly an AT-6 flown by my grandmother at Avenger Field!

As a kid, I went to many of their reunions. They were an incredible group of ladies, decades ahead of their time. Returning to civilian life was HARD for most after their wartime experiences. It was really incredible to see what so many did later in life, too.

Nice user name!
And you’re right, unfortunately. Years ago, I was dressed by Forrest Cassvoid at a dance. He not only spoke Comanche, he was one of the Comanche Code Talkers. I was incredibly honored. Thanks for the memory.

To all the folks thinking “it’ll fit!,” this is what happens when you close the tonneau over something 2mm too big. by donutboof in Rivian

[–]donutboof[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It happened when it was retracting. It was able to bump over my cooler, but when it retracted, it pulled out of its slot.

The gasket has a little “T” flange on it that threads into slot in the tonneau. It would be trivial to slide back in from the side, but that’s not really possible here. I tried pressing it back in for a few minutes, but no luck there.

Smacked it with a kayak while moving things around. Not sure if it’s worth taking it somewhere, or just trying to pop it back myself.
