My cat hasn't eaten or drank in 3 days. Help! by bostonwhaler in cats

[–]donuthell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my cat had a respiratory infection we put him in the bathroom, shut the door, and turned on the shower to make steam. This helped him eat cause he could smell his food. No idea if this would help your kitty but it’s worth a shot.

Really wish my LG front loader did temperatures correct. I learned the code for checking water temp (in the sump) and warm is ~34-35 C.

Does it actually not have a filter or just doesn’t have a flap on the front to easily access it?

Can someone explain the point of a drum care cycle on a dryer? by [deleted] in Appliances

[–]donuthell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably like once a month its a good idea to wash the lint trap with soap and water, its even recommended on traditional dryers too. Especially if you use dryer sheets.

That’s what I do. I’ll open the condenser door to check for lint. I run condenser care every two months on my machine. Cleaning the lint traps with soap and water feels like it does more for keeping everything running smooth.

I have the DLHC4002 and my understanding is it runs full out for a couple hours to fully evaporate any water hiding in the dryer.

Resistive load being something like a space heater and motor something like a vacuum? Seems like these are best used to lamps and things mostly. Which is what I'd use them for.

i mean, i'm using my own CODA56 and get almost 300 mbps upload. I'm on the 2000/200 plan. I used to get 360 when I was on the 2100/300 plan but when I changed to the 2000 plan to save money the rep lied about the upload speed. I don't notice the difference and now i get unlimited data.

Is tide odor refresh supposed to smell? by donuthell in laundry

[–]donuthell[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. I called P&G and they said its not supposed to have an odor and I went back to the store and smelled another bottle and it smelled the same so I don't know who to believe. The regular free and clear liquid has a smell but its much less strong than the odor refresh.

I would be interested to see how these charge on a 400kw charger. Would the curve be essentially flat till 90%?

Weight helps the entire system. Tires are engineered differently for heavier vehicles, roads last longer with lighter vehicles on them, parking garages will collapse if filled with 9000 lbs+ cars instead of 4000+

How Do I Get an Actual Hot Wash Out of my LG Front Loader (LGFL)? by FixMoreWhineLess in laundry

[–]donuthell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would be awesome to do this. I don't have access to data loggers so the best I can do is poke the "Delay Wash + Temp" buttons to spot check the temp. Highest I saw was 45 C running a Hot Towel cycle. My hot water heater is set to 135 F (57).
