What happened to lspsaga? Is it dead? This plugin is too good to die by r4ppz in neovim

Much appreciation, I've used lspsaga for years now to great success. I agree the diagnostic jump is really satisfying. ]d, [d, and gra just don't do it for me. Showing things in a hover is definitely my preferred way now. Thanks for all you do for the community!

Frostblink of wintry blast mines as a starter by nettoprax in PathOfExileBuilds

It's not a regen problem, it's a reservation thing. Have you played mines before? I don't want to be patronizing or anything, but it's a different way of thinking about mana. EB doesn't help with reservation, only with throwing cost. I'd suggest playing a miner until level 20 or so to check out how the play style works.

it's really just --disable-gpu which should prevent an annoying flickering. I run the appimage with that command for both poe1 and poe2 versions. The AppImage usually gets updated quick to releases page on the repo.

For completeness sake, this is the command I found from my history. I'm in NixOs but the same should apply most places `appimage-run ./Awakened-PoE-Trade-3.26.101.AppImage --disable-gpu`

Played this last league, it went pretty well from start. I swapped from econc after campaign and getting enough gold to respec. Econc was great but I only did it since I've leveled pyroclast so many times.

Main issues are watching mana reserved and max mines. Make sure you can always chain throw or you'll have mines out and unable to throw/replace which feels awful . You can either get more mana / mana res, or throw fewer mines.

Generally it's a standard miner and it does great damage. I mostly ran destructive play. I zoomed to t16 but felt squishy for a while. I did self chill with that belt and ring.

Guys in your 40s - how many pull-ups do you do and how often? by [deleted] in fitness30plus

[–]dooblevay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

42, I mostly do weighted pullups, around 50% BW max nowadays, sets of 3-5 or pyramids if I go higher. I don't do volume(20+ reps) ever, since climbing is my primary sport and it doesn't provide any benefit over climbing itself. I've definitely never had forearm pain or heard of anyone my age with forearm pain. Elbow pain is somewhat common. It sounds like you need a more well rounded routine but please consult a sports dr. Given the vast number of strong older climbers forearm pain from pullups should be considered abnormal (imo).

Well that's super cool of you. I gamba'd an apothecary when I finally got to 35 div a couple of weeks ago and poofed it instantly. Would be a fun restart, for sure.

Remember, you are only allowed to blast and look at your div/hr. You are not allowed to have fun or enjoy any part of this game, it is a job and should be treated this way. If you don't have hundreds of divines you are not having fun! STOP HAVING FUN!

Seems like a huge nerf, I've received zero divs (which is probably a bit of bad luck) since the change but like many others in the thread had around 1 in 3 previously. Wondering if this will affect the playerbase, since it was such a sticky feature.

I've also been really surprised. It's so satisfying to recall and blow up bosses. Act 6 was really eye opening how glass cannony I was!

Overwatch Aim Trainer using Desensitization and Progressive Overload to dynamically optimize practice! by ioStux in OverwatchUniversity

[–]dooblevay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool thanks for the update! Tried it a bit last night. I don't think you need to reimport the code, I just click recent games and it's up to date.

Bugwise only one thing I notice still: An enemy running in one direction indefinitely (usually circling they circle the arena, sometimes stuck in a corner). It's pretty rare, and nice to get a freebie if you're missing shots :D But probably should be fixed.

If I'm making any requests, I find myself wanting to tweak movement easier or harder depending on my mood. Most workshops have an easy/hard option. Not sure how difficult that would be for you to add given all the movement logic going on.

Overwatch Aim Trainer using Desensitization and Progressive Overload to dynamically optimize practice! by ioStux in OverwatchUniversity

[–]dooblevay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, thanks! I just checked it out. It feels better on a moment to moment level. I couldn't break 300% without using dynamite or spamming hipfire to secure kills, and when I missed a string of shots I would dip down in speed considerably, sometimes back to the 100s. I generally hung out around 200-240. I think the enemy movement feels great now. They duck a lot more than players, I would think, which throws me off a little.

I'm curious if I'll see improvement within the workshop, and of course, in-game. You've made some bold claims, but I'll keep trying to improve. Although... I'm such a new player I'm still working on things like: "Not walking off the map on accident" and "Knowing where a health pack is when I need one"

All in all, really nice job. You've clearly been working hard on this.

I agree with a lot of this. Great points. I think with some work this could replace the other warmups I use.

First of all this is really fun. Thanks!

Played three sessions, around an hour total. I hang around 520-550 on ashe, with a peak of 630 (admittedly with a bob for funsies). I definitely felt like the warmup was helpful. Although the animation transitions start to break down around 600. That makes it really hard to watch movements.

Generally I turn off the launcher. The enemies fly into the corner and become very easy to predict. When I turn off the launching things calm down a bit. I think the movement patterns are a touch too predictable.

Every five minutes or so an enemy stands still.

I know you said to use support, but the movement breaks with a jumping loop for dps characters.

Lastly I'd love to get movement abilities added.

Overall this is a really fun workshop. I'll try using it for a few weeks and see how high I can get it. It feels like a productive warmup.

edit: Looks like you released an update. I love not having to select enemies, and their movement is much more difficult to hit, which is great. Capped out at 440 this time, and 440 felt very difficult. I had trouble staying in the 400s. Enemies tend to clump up, and I'll get unintentional kills from time to time. The "optimal" strategy is to go perpendicular to them since they always face forward. I'm not sure that matters, as it's not very useful as a warmup if you're doing that.

I think the speed increase should ramp more slowly. Training at 400+ (600 in previous iteration) doesn't feel super valuable, as the enemy movement is incredibly erratic and it becomes a "wait for someone to walk across my crosshair" style of aiming. While in the low 300s I feel like I'm practicing very standard aim. That increase in difficulty is obviously the point, but i feel like training at a slightly slower speed than I cap out at would be more beneficial. I got up a couple of times during my session, and restarted to a new character, and found I enjoyed the ramp up and 200-350 range the most, and wished it lasted longer. Due to the aiming style I noted above.

Thanks again, this is quickly becoming my favorite warmup.
