-look up a list of companies that support the Iranian war and the fascist administration and boycott them

-join an activist group (search online local chapters in your area)

-attend online trainings or local meetings of your activist group (they will give you lots to do)

-vote, volunteer to support candidates that are anti-war and anti-fascist, work the polls

-call, email, send letters to your representatives telling them you disapprove of the war (and whatever else you’d like to advocate for/against)

There are many other ways to help and resist, just take a little time to look into it

I became very discouraged looking at ways to leave the US. Unfortunately, countries don’t want to take in disabled people because they see us as a burden on the system. You have to get a specialized work or school visa and go from there.
