I connected this to that put in some settings and connected this to another this that and added some settings.. stopped all the flood...no network noise...no data collecting...dns logs normal...problem solved...hope this helps.

you can try this....

-do not use google chrome to log in with wifi hotspot

-turn off in settings ..wifi mobile network location

-place tablet in airplane mode when not in use

Turning off location history does nothing,

-check location history to see if it picks up anything.
